5QF

It's Friday again...Friday evening, but it's not too late to participate in the 5QF! I've been gone all day. It all began with a road trip. I had breakfast with KrisAnn (Moms On Fire Kris Ann), which was really fun! Then, I picked up my mom, who lives a few towns over - we haven't had a good, old-fashioned shopping day since my dad died. So, I drove her to her doctor's appointment, we went to lunch, we shopped and laughed and chatted. I love spending girl time with my mom! We even stumbled upon a coat with specific details she wanted that my dad was looking for for her before he died. It was a perfect day!

Now, on to 5QF!

1. Would you ever vacation alone?
If I had to, but not unless I really had to. I'm really a social person.

2. Do you go the speed limit?
Rarely - 5mph over is the usual.

3. Why did you start blogging/following blogs?
I had an experience that caused me to cancel my Facebook account, and swear off FB forever. I find blogging to be more geared toward me, anyhow - blogging is for long-winded Facebookers, right? lol

4. Where do you shop for yourself?
PERFECT question, since I just went shopping today! Bon-Ton stores are my fave (that would be Herberger's, Younkers, Boston Store, Bergner's, Carson-Pirie Scott, and Elder Boorman). Love those Community Day Sales they have - and all the other sales. Just LOVE THEM! I also love to shop at JC Penney's for purses and housewares.

5. What was the song that you danced your first dance with your spouse to at your wedding...or...what song would you like your first dance to be to?
OK, Mike doesn't dance. And, we eloped - so, there was no reception. I can't see a dance in our future. Sorry. He is just not that man. :)
