Ha! Like the title? Couldn't help myself...it's more "me" than the traditional "Wordless Wednesday" anyhow. I feel a rambling coming on...
Today is a SAMmy's (Strength Among Moms ministry) day. Had to wash the hair - I'm speaking in front of a bunch of ladies this morning. I had to put my hand wrapped in gauze in plastic to protect it from the water - this time I wrapped it in a plastic bag! (see previous post for a good laugh) - but try shampooing your hair with one hand. And soaping up your one armpit. But, I did it! I squeezed the shampoo straight on my head - the armpit maneuver was tricky. What can I say? I'm a clever girl!
I'm bugging out of SAMmy's early to get to the hospital in time for my treatment this morning.
Then - I've got to get back home - my friend Michelle is stopping by to make me some crock pot ham and pea soup and corn bread. Doesn't that sound yummy? I told my family the menu for today and Aaron (my picky boy who happens to LOVE homemade pea soup) said he hoped he could get his allergies under control so he could actually taste the soup. :( He said we better save him a bowl if he can't taste it. Poor kiddo.
Michelle's also going to bring a cooler of freezer meals my SAMmy's friends (lovingly called SAMmy's sisters) are making me. I am so blessed to have a group of friends like that. They're the best!
Then, the rest of the day I'm spending folding and ironing. And I've got to practice two speeches I've written for this weekend's SAMmy's retreat. I've got a power point to write for one of them - but Aaron's helping with that one. I've told him already - no fire or explosions in the background!
So, what's on your agenda for today? What does your Wednesday hold?

Job searching and having the last night of the small group I have been involved in for 11 weeks...
Glad to hear that you are learning to manage things now that you have a diagnosis. My former pastor's wife also has MS. She has her good days and bad days, but has managed it quite well... Your journey brings such encouragement to me! Thanks for being an example of what it means to stand strong in the Lord :)
I had to catch up on your last post to comment....I cannot imagine washing anything with only one hand! Well I guess I would rather do that than have to be poked more than once...I guess! Saran Wrap has so many uses!
Any food right now sounds so wonderful for me I am done cleansing this week so I get to eat!
I hope you have a great day!
