1. What are you most afraid of?
I scream like a little girl when there is a bee, hornet or wasp around. I cannot even stand to watch them on t.v. There was some Discovery Channel show about killer bees the other night that my hubby and son were watching and I went into the kitchen and visited with my bloggy buddies for the duration of that program! No thank you!
2. Do you use a flat iron or curling iron?
Flat iron - I have wavy hair. Some days, I just blow dry it with a round brush and go out like that, but I don't look very fashionable. I try not to let anyone I know see me! (Almost guaranteed I WILL run into somebody I know at those times, so I try not to do that too often...) My blog picture is kind of outdated. It's from last summer...or maybe the summer before?
3. Hands-free or phone to the ear?
Phone to the ear...I don't even text - except when I postively HAVE TO when one of my friends texts me and I have to text her back. But, that takes extreme concentration. Yeah, you can laugh.
4. Do you have a matching bedroom set?
Yes. It's amish made, oak - canopy bed with night tables, a dresser with mirror and chest of drawers. I LOVE it. It is one of two rooms in our house where we have new furniture. It took about 8 or 10 years to get that set - our first room of new furniture.
5. Do you believe in the paranormal?
I am a Christian, so the answer is yes. I believe in God - who the Bible says is a Spirit. I believe in Satan. I believe in angels and demons. And, to tell you the truth, I've seen enough supernatural activity to support my beliefs - and enough answer to prayer, which is supernatural in and of itself.
On that note, don't forget to check out my giveaway for your chance to win Anthony DeStefano's Children's book "This Little Prayer of Mine" which is endorsed by the National Day of Prayer, the daughter of Dr. James and Shirley Dobson and the daughter of Martin Luther King Jr. along with Pat and Shirley Boone.

Why does that always happen? When I don't flat iron my hair (translation: when I look like a crazy woman) - I always meet someone I know!
It's Murphy's law that when you don't fix your hair or shower, you will absolutely run into someone you know.
Murphy and that law of his...
I need to be 'let in on the secret' about Amish made furniture!! Please consider posting us a pic... ;) MamaM. was talking about Amish furniture in a link posted in her question today... ;) I have seen you around the blogs I love... looking forward to following you!

b/c google connect doesn't have me linked correctly yet! (learning curve!) ;)
Ahh just yesterday I ran out to the grocery store and just threw my hair up, little make up and I ran into 3 people I know there! Sigh.....
Great answers Pennie! I don't like wasps or bees either!
I am WITH YOU-- I cannot handle bees or the like. I am allergic, and carry an epipen. I've never gone into anaphylactic shock (pretty sure I misspelled that!), but I have had shortness of breath and heart palpitations after a sting about 10 years ago, so my doctors have made me take one with me wherever I go ever since!
