Diet Chocolate Cake

Cell group is at our house tonight, so it's my turn to make a dessert! Since Helga has inspired me to return to the YMCA for my daily workouts (thanks, Helga!), I wanted to make something that wasn't extremely high-calorie or high-fat...so, I dug up an old Weight-Watchers favorite..."Diet Chocolate Cake" (I've also heard it called "Better Than Sex Cake", but I'm not that kind of girl!). I know many of my readers are trying to watch their caloric intake right now, and are dying for a goodie that is allowable - so, girlie friends, this cake is out of this world in taste and one piece (which is 1/24 of the cake) is only 193 calories, 5.25 grams fat and 1 gram fiber! Bon appetit!

Ingredients:
1 Box Devil's Food Cake Mix
10 oz. Diet Cola
1 Egg White
6 oz. Fat-Free Camamel Ice Cream Topping (Check the label)
7 0z. Fat Free Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Cup Heath Bits (found in the baking aisle with the chocolate chips)
1 (8 oz.) container Fat Free Cool Whip

Mix cake mix, egg white & diet soda. Bake at 375 for 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Smooth in a 13x9 pan.
During the last few minutes of baking, put caramel and condensed milk in a sauce pan and stir on medium low heat until smooth.
Take cake out of oven, and poke holes all over the top. Pour caramel mixture over warm cake, filling the holes. Sprinkle 1/2 of the Heath bits over the caramel. Cool completely.
Spread Cool Whip and sprinkle remaining Heath bits over the top of the cake.
Cut into 24 bars.
Yummy! Enjoy!
