Really?

Okay, you've heard that the snowstorm of the century has hit most of the US, right? Well, here on the Wisconsin/Minnesota border - where we usually get hit - we didn't get it...which I find to be more than a little amusing. But, my sis - who lives about 5 hours east of here got plummeted with at least a foot and a half so far! Yikes! It was plenty cold this morning, though...I know last night they said the wind chill was expected to be -25 or -30. Brrrr....

Well, today is Groundhog Day. You know what the headlines read? "Punxsutawney Phil Predicts an Early Spring"! Guess what? Pennie Predicts that Punxsutawney Phil is Wrong! ;) (But I hope he's not!)

Happy Groundhog's Day! If you like books or chocolate and haven't signed up to be in my giveaway, please check out yesterday's post and comment!

We have snow here in Iceland too!! It has snowed about a foot or so (I haven't been outside so I can't say for sure though lol). I hope it's an early spring too :)

That's great you didn't get the snow! I can't believe how much snow is falling in the Eastern U.S.!

Today, it is sunny and the snow is melting like crazy, but, The groundhog here said there was going to be 6 more weeks of winter here....boooooooo! He better go back in his hole and rethink that one ;)

I am rambling to say... I missed ground hogs day b/c I was distracted by the two of us not feeling up to par!! I think I will sleep instead of blog again tonight!! Story of my week! =)
