- We have so much snow on the ground that all you can see out my front window is the very rim of the birdbath? That's a lot of snow! (And the "big snowstorm" that hit most of the US missed us! This was from before!)
- I have my whole Superbowl menu planned out...and I'm really proud of myself!? I'm wrapping cocktail weenies in bacon right now in between typing bullet points!
- Bridgette wants us to paint her room a dark TURQUOISE???!!! (In the last house where we lived in Eau Claire, we let her pick her room color...when she was three...and she chose orange...I suppose it could be worse...we compromised and painted it tangerine and it was actually quite gorgeous...).
- That I'm REALLY hungry but can't figure out what I want to eat? So, I'll probably just have NOTHING???? Wish there was a Snickers lying around....as if...
- That you can wipe down your stainless steel appliances with Pledge and it does an amazing job? Better than the cleaner you can purchase for that purpose!
- That Mike is painting our Master Bath this Saturday a beautiful tan?...and the following Saturday our bedroom will be painted a robbin egg blue (to match our new blue and brown comforter).
- That I wear a full length apron while doing housework because I ALWAYS ruin my clothes otherwise...I guess I'm a piggy!
- That we're having Guinness Stew for dinner tonight? Yummy! I just picked up parsnips and turnips and stew meat to add to the potatoes, carrots and onions I have on hand...and, of course Guinness beer...the ingredient that makes this stew "Guinness Stew"!
- I forgot to pick up some good bread for dinner to dip in the stew. Poo!
- That we have three Piliated Woodpeckers (those are the HUGE ONES) that come to our bird feeder out front?
- That I realize I'm REALLY rambling now, so I'm signing off...have a great day!!!

Wow! Guinness stew?! I bought some Guinness for that once and it sat in the fridge forever because we forgot why we bought it... Enjoy your stew!
That stew sounds yummy!!! I usually use red wine in mine... ha ha... I think PW uses beer in her beef stew...=) We have about 3 kinds of woodpeckers that peck away at our trees in back... the bigger red headed one and a little red headed one!! and a brown one... small too... so how do you walk the dog in that kind of snow?? where does she go potty?? lol!! =) I guess it ain't so bad living in WA after all!! lol! Stay warm and safe!! Happy Superbowl partying... not sure what we will do... since we don't do football! =)

We have had a TON of snow here and I am working this weekend in a TON of snow (feel sorry for me...okay). I can't believe I ever missed this cold white stuff that makes you wet!!! Okay, I think I may be done feeling sorry for myself....or not LOL!!!
The point I was trying to get at was that the Guinness stew would be perfect tonight...can you bring me some :)
