Remember Me?

It's been about two weeks since my last post! I've been busy...

And away from my computer...

We had overnight guests, like I wrote on my last post. What I failed to mention was that we all headed out to Glacier National Park the following day! What a beautiful sight! I have NEVER seen scenery like I did out there. Every now and then, while on a drive through the mountains, we'd see a sign that read "Scenic View in 1 mile". I'd be, like "WHAT????!!!!!" Everywhere you looked there was a scenic view! How could they determine which was "scenic" and which was "ordinary"...
I wonder if those people who work at the park or who live around there take that beauty for granted. If they happen to wake up and look out their window and say, "Huh, another breathtaking view. Yawn!" In our two weeks out there, I never got tired of it!

This is my favorite picture I took, and typical of the views out there. We would ride our bikes down the road next to this view, because it was near our campsite. I could only go this far, so I would sit here in the wildflowers. My family would continue on and then come back to me and we go back to camp. (Yes, we camped...and yes, I heard that three people were attacked by a grizzly in Yellowstone that week we were gone. And, YES - we did come upon a Mama grizzy and her cubs! I'll post more on that later this week while I'm washing our mounds of laundry!)
Anyhow, this is my favorite picture:

Okay, that one and this one:

Tomorrow I have a bunch of MRI's at the hospital, so I'm hoping to post maybe later in the day. My friend Robbin dropped off dinner for me to throw in the oven tomorrow...I love my friends! :) (She and my friend Bonnie are also taking me out to lunch Thursday because Friday is my birthday...29 again - ahhhh!)

I hope your Sunday has been going well. I need to start planning some grocery shopping excursions and get a head start on my laundry.
Back to reality...
But man, I have a thousand great pictures in my head of mountains and wildlife and peace and quiet that I can feed off of for a while...
Happy Sunday everyone!
