I DID NOT wake up this morning only to wish that I had put my down comforter on my bed last night, and I certainly DID NOT put on my gloves to walk my poor little doggie through two inches of snow this morning! I most certainly DID NOT! That would be some cruel joke, since it is only October 12th!
And, since it is "Not Me Monday" I can inform you that I am young and spry - much too young to have had a son turn 14 over the course of the weekend! Nope, not me!
Another thing I did not do was take eleven summer squash that I had grand plans of turning into something (what do you do with eleven summer squash?????) and just GIVE UP! I most certainly DID NOT call the food shelf and donate them all, not using a one. I wouldn't do that. I am much too domestic. Yep, that's me! :)
I am also not sitting here blogging, unshowered with dishes undone in my sink, and laundry that needs doing, and grocery shopping that needs to be done - at 8:00 in the morning just because I enjoy confessing my little quirks to you. Instead of doing chores. Hmmmm....avoiding my chores to do something fun...seems to me this is how I used to do my homework when I was a kid....nah! Not me!!!!

Hey Pennie! LOVE the "Not Me Monday"! I must confess that though you did "NOTHING" with your squash - donating them is "Something" I'd not have done either - wouldn't even have thought of it. I would have whipped them off the deck and into the woods for the "wild animal food shelf". Kudos to you for your thoughtful consideration - even though your domestic goddess is not showing, your compassionate one it. :-)
Isn't this snow crazy? I certainly DID NOT start humming Winter Wonderland this morning! :)
I did my homework like that as well! It's a good thing I'm teaching my kids to be more disciplined than I was :)
