The retreat was a BLAST!!!! Nothing like a few days with my SAMmy's Sistas to put my life in perspective. We collectively went from laughing so hard our bellies hurt when Joe Kessler and friends tickled our funny bones Friday night with their comedy act, to reflective awe and often tears with music from Nikki Clark, the deep and meaningful annual SAMmy's Challenge activity of tagboard testimonies and the great speakers Saturday.
If you aren't in a SAMmy's group, you need to treat yourself. If you don't have one in your community, pray about starting one.
