Thrifty!

There are plenty of ways to help stretch the dollar during these troubled economic times. These are the clever things moms do to save money.

I hunt.

Bargain hunt, that is. (It's much more fun than the other kind of hunting - you don't have to be quiet - which I can't be - and it's bargain hunting season 12 months out of the year!)

Yesterday, me and my thrifty bargain hunting buddy Shelly (sounds better than fellow cheapskate, doncha think?) went to Goodwill - $1.49 Blue Tag Tuesday, ladies!

I brought home two huge bags full of finds. I spent a little more than I thought I would, but I got an unbelieveable amount of good deals.

Who spends almost $30 at Goodwill on $1.49 Tuesday???? Crazy. Fun.

You should really go sometime. But, wait until Shelly and I have been there and gotten our finds, okay?
